The path, not a menu

One path. Not four packages.

Nobody sells the Build cold. You prove it cheap, scope it properly, build it for real, then keep it running. Each step earns the next — and you can stop at any of them.

  1. 01

    Pilot

    flat, one-time · 30 days · cancel any time

    $2,500
    You don't own it yet

An AI receptionist goes live on the phone number and website you already have. Jobber, GorillaDesk, whatever you run today — untouched. Its only job is to prove the thing works on your actual leads, so the next conversation happens over real numbers instead of a pitch deck.

    • Live in about two weeks from the discovery call.
    • No contract. Cancel and you keep your leads and transcripts.
    • This is Nexarch's system pointed at your business — a taste test, not the product.
  2. 02

    Blueprint

credited in full toward the Build

    $2,000
    It's a document

A paid audit of how your business actually runs. We map the workflow, find the highest-return automation, and put real ROI math on paper before anyone commits to a five-figure build.

    • This is what turns a Build into a scoped number instead of a guess.
    • We never quote a Build without one.
    • If you proceed, the full $2,000 comes off the Build price.
  3. 03

    Build

scoped per module against the Blueprint

    From $40,000
    You own it outright

The flagship. A custom system built around how your business actually works, replacing the stack of subscriptions you're paying for now. This is the step where ownership stops being a slogan.

    • Code in your GitHub. Hosting in your accounts. In your name, from the first commit.
    • Runbook, credentials, and documentation handed over on day one — not at the end.
    • Built on ordinary tools, so any developer can take it over. No proprietary black box.
    • Fire us and it keeps running. That promise starts here, not at the Pilot.
  4. 04

    Retainer

minimum · begins once you own a build

    $1,250+/mo
    Already yours

Hosting, usage costs, monitoring, and ongoing changes as the business shifts. You already own the software going into this — the retainer buys the relationship, not access to your own system.

    • Covers call minutes, chat volume, and hosting as pass-through, not markup.
    • Cancel it and the system keeps running. Nothing gets switched off.
    • Response times and escalation are written into an SLA.

The awkward questions

Why isn't there a $99/month plan?

Because that's a different product. Tools at that price are shared software you rent — good ones exist, and if that's what you need you should buy one. We build systems that end up in your name, and that has a floor.

Why is the Build a starting price and not a fixed one?

Because quoting a custom system before understanding the workflow is guessing, and guesses get revised upward. $40,000 is the floor, not an average — what sits above it depends on how many parts of your operation the system replaces. The Blueprint exists specifically so the number you're given is the number you pay.

What if I only ever want the Pilot?

Then keep it, or cancel it. There's no obligation to move up the path, and we'd rather you stayed on a $2,500 pilot that works than be talked into a build you don't need.
